These are healthy meal replacement that is very good!!! They have all sorts of flavors and found them on sale for $1.34. I add 1 cup of 2% milk and a banana which makes it 431 calories, but I usually only use half of everything and have 1 per day. Just thought this might help some of you!

Thanks! I bet they would be less cals and sugar grams if you chose unsweetened almond milk (35 cals per cup) and Strawberries intstead of a banana.

I have the Lean Shake Powder and found that I got tired of it after a few goes. I have both the Swiss Chocolate and Vanilla. I always recommend the Swiss Chocolate made with milk, add peanut butter, add a banana. It's too filling to consume in one sitting... so I usually have 1/2 for breakfast and freeze the other half for an after work snack!0
