I am fairly new to MFP, started back in June really didn't have the motivation to stick to it. Until early in September when I seen a picture of me with my BFFs. I couldn't believe my eyes. I have posted pictures on here as my reminder how heavy I have gotten. Need to know if that is a good thing or not. I have 41lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. I have been walking at least a mile on my lunch every day and a mile when I get home.. I decided this morning I want to do weights.. I figured if I have at least 15 min with weights and with 10 min of cardio on my weight training days I should be good right? I guess I am guess at all of this, I have been going over on some days for calories but I think I have finally got the hang of it..
Just looking for support right now...

    Hi. I have been on this site since August but have been dealing with some health issues which are seriously affecting my weight loss goals. I have about 50lbs to lose to reach my goal. I have finally decided not to look at the big picture but to work on smaller goals, that way I will feel like aim accomplishing something.
