    I joined slimmimg world two weeks ago and followed the plan exactly and gained pound and half first week and stayed the same the next week. Dont know whats happening. Hope I do better tomorrow night.

    I'm starting slimming world on wednesday - have heard good things about it but time will tell! Have around 3 stone to lose too, so in a similar boat to a few on here.

    Feel free to add me as a friend - the more support the better! not really sure how I'll log the food part on here though as slimming world has a lot of "free" food and you don't have to count it at all - maybe just log the exercise bits...

    I've been doing Slimming World since September & have lost 29lbs so far but still have about 90lbs to go so id be happy to be your buddy :) x
