Hi all..

I know a lot of people have posted a question on videos, but I am not sure where to start for my level. I can walk a couple miles with no problem and ride an exercise bike for 10 miles, but twisting and jumping cause discomfort in my knees. I tried doing some Tae bo but found I am not coordinated enough to do the twist and kicks and had to work to not fall on my face. So, I am looking for a good beginners video for a fat man who has not done a lot of cardio. I was looking at biggest loser power walking, is this a good one?

Thanks

Leslie Sansone. Some of her videos include boosted walking where u jog in place. She has a good variety of videos,.low impact and u can tweak it to where ur comfortable working.

I started off with Leslie Sansone walk at home dvds. You can purchase them at Walmart in their fitness section for $10.
