Hi everyone,
If anyone is from massachusetts and looking for a gym partner Let me know. I work out at 3 gyms..Global in leominster and fitchburg and option one in leominster. I have about 40lbs to lose here. I have been working out for well over 25 years but suck at the fat loss. I argued with my doctor and told her I had allergies to cardio machines..Just hate it but with the right partner who knows. I prefer to train with females cause they are more into cardio and can be stubburn
