A pound a week is healthy weight loss. Keep up the great work!

Cut out all added sugars from your diet. Eat whole grain bread. I am losing about 3-4 pounds a week and I am doing really well. The exercise is very important because if you do the cardio to increase your caloric count so you can eat more calories and do some weight training to increase the lean body mass that will burn the fat you will see results. Drink lots of water. 8 glasses isn't necessarily the right amount. 8 glasses is only based on 150 pounds for women but if you are more than that then you need to drink at least 2 glasses more. I drink between 10-12 glasses a day. Do your best to stay within your caloric intake. I am currently at 172 pounds and I consume 1200 calories a day. If I exercise I can consume more. I am having success and you will to if you stick to it. Make time for yourself for the exercise and if you have to cook separate meals than do so. Just remember that you are important and you need to devote time to yourself now so that you can be more available to your family in the future. Good luck with everything!

Thank you I didn't know the water intake was so important. I do need to increase that. I work out pretty much 6 days a week for thirty min. before kids wake up.
