Burning it

I am really getting angry with my body. I am 25 years old. I have 2 and a half year old and a ten month old. I am still breastfeeding my daughter, I work out 2 hours a day 4 days a week (at least 700 calories a day). I eat relativlly healthy. I drink nothing but water, green tea, and coffee. Nothing is seeming to work. I lost 7 lbs the first two weeks and now...nothing. I am even having issues keeping it off. What the hell is going on. I don't binge on food...I have only gone over my calorie intake once, and I am always within a hundred calories at the end of the day. If anyone can help me, please. I am at my wits end. I keep ready about a possible thyroid issue...anyone tell me about that? I am getting sick and tired of burning the hell out of my workouts with no scale change.

Maybe you don't see the results on the scale, but what about your clothes? Maybe you've lost some inches and you don't see a difference in your weight because you're growing muscle?

If you're really concerned about a thyroid issue, I'd say go see a doctor.

    Good luck! :)

Stop beating yourself up over a stupid number on a scale. It is just a number. Instead focus on a healthy lifestyle to teach those two beautiful children you have been given how to live. Being a mother of three grown children I can tell you from personal experience it is one of the most important things you will ever do. What you teach them now in the early years of life will go with them the rest of their life. Example: my oldest child - I refused to let him have much candy as a baby - people gave me a lot of grief - to this day he does not care for candy. I gave in on my other two children and they both fight a sweet tooth.
I suggest you teach your children by example. Stay away from fast food - which is just crap in a box! Drink lots of water , eat lots of fruit and veggies. Make healthy meals. Take them for lots of walks. Play with them outside and just teach them the value of fitness. Don't teach them to stress out about weight but instead teach them to live a healthy life style. The weight will come off slowly but surely. Pay more attention to how your body feels carrying the baby up the stairs- can you do it without losing your breath?
As a society we get too hung up on the numbers and it causes us to give up and stress out. Focus on living the lifestyle and the goal will happen without the stress.

If you are worried about your thyroid visit a doctor xx

Try a Heart Rate Monitor xx

Also your cals are high for your work out, I work out hard at Amazon, that is a full on work out that is mainly used by personal trainers, rugby and other crazy people, but I only burn about 500 in that?? Maybe your cals are not burning off as much as you would like??? Just a thought... xx

I cut mine down as I am not loosing any ... And I have only just started!! So rather than give up I have looked at the workouts I do and am giong to use my HRM and see if that works, why dont you try one???

Try being postive!! Go for more walks with the babies!! You can do this!!! xxx
