Hello all, so sorry I didn't put in my numbers last week. A trip to the ER, dehydration, no exercise and the weirdest eating habits made me gain more weight last week. I'm happy to say that I'm down this week! Feels good to be back. It feels even better to see all the great results from all of you!!!

Way behind my mini goals, but at least I am going in the right direction. Just have not been able to focus on my diet & exercise as I am soooo busy with many different Women's Ministry events, & bible study, & meetings. Cleaning up my flower bed & vegetable garden. Before we go away as it probably will be like Winter when we get back. The nights are very cold & the Fall days are beautiful, sunny & crisp. Spent 2 hours out in my garden in the sun yesterday! Also trying to pack for our 2 week holiday as well. I do not know what I can do to keep track of my weight on holidays as I do not remember seeing a weigh scale at all. We are going to Waikiki Hawaii. I just might have to post unknown, until I get back. We fly home on Oct. 18th. Best wishes to you all!0 -

Have a great time in Hawaii, walk on the beach for some extra exercise and be sure to enjoy all the fresh fruit. DOn't forget the sunscreen!0 -

Changed my calories intake to be a bit higher I guess it worked for this week. lost 1.2 lb I will take that.:bigsmile: :bigsmile: I am also getting my water in. Only 80 oz before being pregnant i was at 120. if I drink that much now, I never sleep. Need I say more.

Hooray, finally the scale is moving down again, 207.5 this morning, down 2 1/2 pounds. I was so happy hearing my girls squabble in the next room didn't upset (at first). I have really paid close attention to my workouts and the end of the day snacking- which for me is huge RED LIGHT time.
Hope everyone else is as pleased with their hard work as I am this week. We are all turning into mere fractions of our former selves0 -

Not a good week for eating - just too much sugary crap and that is reflected in my weigh in - I'm up this week.
But a great week for shopping - my husband decided that he wanted to buy me a new dress to wear out for my birthday (in a few weeks) and I had great fun trying on a bunch of size 12s. But when I went to pay I discovered that I had picked up a size 10 by mistake.... but it fitted, hooray!!!!
Now I have to STAY fitting into my size 10s.
I know that sugar/candy/lollies are my biggest weakness so I'm declaring war on processed sugar for October - no processed sugar Mon to Friday!! Let's see how I go!
