    Jillian Michels (from biggest loser) DVD. It's the one of her bunch you kinda want to start with. Shred-it with weights is a little easier but is 30 min. She clains you can lose 5lbs /week but there are lots of people who don't lose an oz but lose inches. Be sure and measure everything before you start or you'll be sorry:)

    Waist:
    Navel-line:
    Hips (widest part!):
    Calves: R- , L-
    Arms: (where they jiggle!) R- , L-
    Thighs: (widest part!) R- , L-

    Thanks for the tip ankle weights are definitley on the to do list. I have 2 children to keep me on my toes :0)
