Hi, years swinging weight and now really overweight a dear friend introduced me to this site and I am finding it great. It is also good to know you are not alone. I love the fact that you are in control yourself but have also have the support. Each day is a new challenge to stay within your healthy limits while still rewarding yourself with the things you love. :drinker:

    Your doing great so far and have helped re-motivate me too. I can't wait to see where this takes us in the not so distant future, hitting all our goals and feeling more healthy!! Then we can go on a massive shopping spree and buy lots of new clothes YAY!!!!!!
