I've started my weight-loss journey. I guess I feel its gonna be harder than normal and I need to lose that mindset. I was diagnosed November of 2010 with Hasimoto Disease and in May of 2011 I had it removed for goiters. It was tested and came back as papillary carcinoma. I'm doing fine now and being monitored but of course with no thyroid it makes it way harder to lose the weight. Over the last 3 years I have reached a weight I am not happy with. I need to lose about 40lbs to get where I want to be. I'm having an issue cutting out the junk but doing well going to the gym 3 times a week. Any motivation will help!

Glad you have recovered. Tracking your food will help with the junk. You see those numbers climbing and it keeps you accountable. Don't want to see them going over do we! Friends request coming.0
