    Yes. It is just you.
  • Just because you want to eat healthy doesn't mean you have to eat salads all the time. I'm actually not a big fan of them either (not going to lie if I see a little bit of brown or pink on a lettuce leaf, I lose my appetite.)

Trust me there's a lot more healthy food out there for you to explore.
  • haha no it's not just you don't worry-- my friend hates salads, she feels they're bland... maybe try different kinds of salads like a quinoa salad :)

How could you not like a good tossed salad?

There are plenty of other finger licking tasty healthy dishes besides salad. :flowerforyou:
  • I only like Caesar salads and like side salads with french or something...and I have to be in the mood or have a taste for it. So I dont think you're alone!

I like salads, but I get bored of them easily. I'm going to get a variety of healthy dressings so I don't get tired of the same old thing. I'm also going to change up what veggies I add in addition to spinach. Maybe you just haven't found the kind of salad you like best yet :)
  • Maybe try different types of lettuce. Regular iceberg lettuce is rather bland, but a good romaine is tasty. I'm not a huge salad eater, but do enjoy them once in a while. Try finding other low-cal foods besides salads

I do love salads but sometimes I get really tired of lettuce. I made one tonight by just chopping roasted peppers, carrots and refrigerator pickles - no lettuce.

I don't care for salads either, but I do like a southwestern salad, made with corn chips (a few), and a spicy dressing. You may try that. Very tasty!

I love my taco salads that i make when it's taco night. but i can't eat that all the time. and i like to add chicken sometimes. but if i have a salad for a few day i will not eat salads for a few weeks and then the stuff goes bad. i get bored with it and i use to love them but i use to put ranch on them too so maybe thats way....

    Define salad!

I have what I would call a salad every day (in that it's a cold mixture of raw stuff) but I'm not keen on the leafy lettuce stuff.

    I'll take:

Some crunchy veg (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers)
Something a bit fancy (mushroom antipasta in a jar, marinated artichokes)
Some protein (tuna, egg, chickpeas, ham)
Something with a kick (jalapeños. capers, olives)

Could something along those lines be acceptable?

This is always the correct answer.
