Does anyone else have this problem....
I work out 6 days a week so I always have enough to eat but on Sundays I give it all a rest. I do my few house chores but nothing else. I have to stay within my 1210 calories and man it's tuff. I don't know if it's all in my head or what but my tummy is hungry and I get kinda grouchie!

i feel you. i take sundays off as well and it's soo hard to stick with 1200 calories. LOL... but today i decided to just jog for a while so i can have some extra calories (TOM is coming soon, so i know during that time i'm not gonna have the motivation to work out, so i did decided to give it a go today)
  • I tend to be hungrier on the days I don't work out as well. Drinking extra water usually helps!

    Friend!

    What is this?!?

Sunday is my rest day too and i am starving like you would not believe! I do not have any helpful advice, but ... I think that the fact that I am starving is because I have way more free time and not as much structure. I am a "boredom" eater. I have also wondered if it is a psychological response to me relaxing. My body may equate relaxing with food LOL!.

Hope you get some great ideas. But I can offer you my empathy and smiles!

I don't eat that much more on my workout days on my non-workout days, as working out doesn't make me hungrier in general (unless I have done body attack!) I go over sometimes on my non workout days but make up by saving calories on my workout days to make up. It keeps my stomach a lot happier than starving on my non workout days and stuffing myself on my workout days.
  • Sundays are the day I usually try to take off too, I try and eat more veggies/salads to fill up. I like to have a day where it's mostly just apples, salad and protein shakes because its easy on my system. It's also easier to stay within the 1200 calorie range because you can eat quite a bit of veggies...I drink lots of herbal tea too:)

I eat the same whether I workout or not. I'd get hungry on 1200 calories and I don't think hunger is healthy.
