I'm one of those people that gave up real sugar when I did the Atkins thing. Hubby and I exclusively use Splenda now -- (although I'd like to give Stevia a try - but that's a different thread!)

What calorie counter is best to use for things like fruit snacks? Something I like to do is make pre-made 3oz fruit bags of things like strawberry, or pineapple to grab on the go and then when I'm ready to eat it, sprinkle some of my sugar on top. I don't have a clue how many calories that is though.

    enter mixed fresh fruit.

    mixed frozen fruit

ahhh I didn't realize I could do it that way. I thought I would just have to put in each fruit individually. Thanks!

edited to add: See how I'm already trying to make this harder than it should me for myself!? lol
