Menu for the week

I am printing my menu and using it as a checklist. Oprah said that is something she is doing now, having her menu for the whole week printed out. Much easier to follow and then it doesn't leave you thinking about what to eat which can lead to scrambling for food, making bad choices and overeating.
Breakfast
Walmart Great Value - Skim Milk, 1 cup 90
Kashi Go Lean - Honey Almond Flax Cereal, 1 cup 200
Generic - Egg Whites, 2 egg 34
Lunch
Starkist - Solid White Albacore Tuna In Water - 6oz Can (B), 5 oz 175
Kraft - Mayo With Olive Oil (Reduced Fat Mayonnaise), 2 tbsp 90
Jello Sugar Free Pudding - Pudding Snack, 106 g cup 60
Generic (Fresh) - Romaine Lettuce, 1.5 cups, shredded 15
Dinner
Gorton's - Grilled Salmon Lemon Butter, 1 fillet 100
Green Giant Just for One! - Broccoli and Carrots With Italian Dressing, 1 container 60
Jello Sugar Free Pudding - Banana Fudge Supreme, 1 Snack (106 g) 60
Blue Diamond Natural - Oven Roasted Almonds - Vanilla Bean, 12 nuts (1 oz.) 80
Snacks
Generic - Apple, Red Delicious, 1 medium (154g) 80
Kraft -Snackables 2% String Cheese - Reduced Fat Mozzarella, 1 stick 70
Kashi - GoLean Crunchy! Bars - Chocolate Almond, 1 bar 170
Peter Pan - Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, 0.5 TBSP 48
TOTALS: 1,332 with 8 calories left over for good measure:)

Thanks for the tip! Thats so awesome, a few minutes planning the night before saves quite a bit of time the next day! Here is mine for tomorrow:

Coffee - Brewed from grounds, 3 cup

Cucumber - With peel, raw, 0.5 cup slices
Kraft Miracle Whip Calorie Wise - Kraft Miracle Whip Calorie Wise, 1 tbsp
Generic - Bananna, 1 medium
Club soda (soft drink), 1 can or bottle
Dinner :
MJ Delisle - Beef Enchaladas, 15 Enchaladas
Lettuce - Green leaf, raw, 1 cup shredded
