For any bread lovers and is wondering where they can find some HEALTHY bread.. Please try Ezekiel 4:9 Whole Sprouted Grain bread!! It does take some getting used too for others, but it's absolutely delicious toasted.. and I have about 2 slices everyday with either raw almond butter/peanut butter or as toast with my egg whites! It’s an organic sprouted whole grain bread that is also very low on the Glycemic index. These are the kind of carbs we want to be eating right? Whole unprocessed whole grain products..
Some of the ingredients on the labeling - sprouted barley, millet, lentils, spelt, and soybeans! Give it a try if you haven't. Btw, very low on sodium and they even have a "LOW SODIUM" bread that practically has NO sodium lol. It is 80 cals per slice, but the ingredients - well worth it!
Some people have told me that bread can also cause "belly fat" or slow down weight loss, i'm not sure if this is true MFP!! (just going by what some people have told me) but I switched from Whole Wheat bread to Ezekiel 4:9.. and I love it!!

I used to love Ezekiel bread, but I can't have gluten anymore. I eat Udi's now. They make a bunch of great gluten free breads. Their chia millet is really good, and similar to Ezekiel in some ways.0

I've been using it, and meaning to try the buns for burgers. Just make sure you leave it in the freezer and only take out as needed. It goes bad quickly!0
