Anyone in my shoes??

Okay so first of all I want to thank anyone who is reading this post and please add me as a friend..I actually do need support lol. Now I know all of you are probably going to say to yourself after reading this.. "oh I wish I had his problem." Well I understand why people would say that and I get that a lot, but I feel the same way about myself eventhough my situation is opposite. I'm 5'7" weighting about 132 lbs. There are average sized women that weigh more than that (not a bad thing, so not insulting anyone). That being said, as a male it's not the best situation to be in that position, so I'm trying my hardest to gain weight and bulk up and no I don't want to look like the incredible hulk nor do I expect results like that because of my naturally "thin" body frame. However, I do want to fill in more and would like to increase my weight that stands in the male average weight area. Believe me eventhough it's hard to watch how much you eat if you're losing weight, it's just as hard for someone like me to constantly try to push food down even if you're stuffed or full, it makes eating not as pleasureable anymore. It is also extermely difficult to put on muscle weight because of my metabolism and body stature. All of you on this site have honestly inspired me to be more strict and dedicated to my goals and I'm there to support all of you whether or not you are on the same track as myself or the opposite, so keep up the hard work because it will surely pay off as I've seen on this site so far! So next time my profile says "you're under your calories for the day" get on my wall and yell at me to EAT MORE!! lol

First off... you need to break up your giant wall of text into multiple paragraphs. It's hard to read.
Second, consider yourself lucky to have your super fast metabolism.
Lifting weights and quaffing copious amounts of protein shakes seems like a good route to go. Just eating more is not necessarily good for you.0 -
Although I am currently trying to lose weight, in college I did a managed gain of 40 lbs (from 225-265) in about a year. Now I had the benefit of being the right body type (which got me into the trouble I an currently in) and the right age to make it happen, but I have to tell you if you want to put on mass, eating will be your job. I ate 8 meals and at least 6 snacks (mostly engineered nutrition) totaling 8000 calories a day. I ate a ton of chicken, lean beef, brown rice and egg whites, as well as having 2 high fat days a week. It will also be key to eat right before and after your workout (and maybe even during -- I would break and eat about 1/2 way through my workout).0

Nope, not in your shoes, but did want to give some support. I was wondering about your nutrition. Are you eating enough protein and good fats? Increasing the good fats will help in your calorie goal. Just like those who need to lose, if you need to gain, make sure it is with good food!0

Eats tons of carbs and protein and dont do any aerobic exercises instead lift weights.
Do compound moves and use isolation moves as finishers and lift heavy 3-4 sets for up to 8.
Go to gym about 3-4 times per week for warmup+45 minutes tops and deadlift and squats are your best friend .
Make a glucose + protein (2:1) shakes and drink that after Your workout.0 -
Don't worry be greatful for your size. Time and age will slow down your metabolism for you . One day you will look back and wonder "what was I thinking" Be patient IT WILL COME !!!0

if you take in 30gs of protein every 3 hours you will grow. That said, that also means you need to be lifting weights, not performing cardio. If your muscles are sore, eat protein. I had the same problem as you in HS and I cured it by drinking 15 beers at a time several times per week, lifting 2 hours a day, and always, post workout eating at least 1/2 lb of bacon along with 3-4 eggs.
This effectively murdered my metabolism. But, that is when the majority of my muscle mass was gained. went from 148lbs to 205 in a few months.0
