im so thankful for my weight loss. i even took pics from week 1 and now going into week 7. body is getting smaller slightly...:laugh: only problem is im losing my bootay... i already didnt have one and now it looks even smaller. its still wide as all outdoors but no plumpness... omg and the thought of losing my breast. im going to be flat as a wall front and back... there aint no helping this, its like a rant and i guess make fun of myself... definately going to have to save up for some bootay and breast implants.... oh and by the way squats arent working me and Jill do that quite often these days...

You need to eat for maintenance for a while to be able to build the muscle up in your legs/glutes, then properly cut the fat back down later usually, I highly recommend a full on heavy glute/leg day where you train heavy, super hard, various exercises and then that day and the day after you eat at maintenance or just above, take a rest day the next day so the muscles can heal and then get back to the rest of your weekly routine/calorie intake. It's very hard for a woman to build muscle in a deficit unless eating the right macro nutrients. As for the boobies, I am flat chested naturally so I can't relate to you there, but I was once skinny fat because I under ate, over worked out and lost my *kitten*. Now I eat A LOT more, train super hard and my badonkadonk is glorious again, while I remain 16% body fat with toned arms/abs etc. It can be done if you once had one (genetically speaking), you just need the right tools to build and maintain it as you shred fat. im perified to eat at maintenance. yes Jillian Michaels i do her 30DS levels 1 and 2 and my cardio days i do her boost metabolism workout or some other cardio including kickboxing etc.0

Once you lose a bit more weight you'll find it easier to get into more advanced types of training to build up your bum again, I recommend Cathe Friedrich once you get there, she has some excellent stuff!! www.cathe.com to view videos. I only have a few things by her but she's tried and true and also coming out with some more low impact stuff soon. As far as Jillian, I do love her workouts, I think she's great, but that style of circuit training will never build muscle in your legs back up, her training will help build up your muscular endurance though which is great for later. You'll get there, but at this point your right to not eat for maintenance, just keep working hard and that will prevent the muscle from completely atrophying (weakening/breaking down/disappearing) from lack of use and lower calorie intake, friends me, I'd love to help you on your journey.0

WHAT? i might lose my butt?! AWESOME! I've dropped several sizes in bras, i am hoping my @$$ catches up soon, seriously, over 25 pounds and only 2 inches off my giant caboose? I'll take flat bottom any time. they make panties with cheeks in them, LOL like a push up bra for your buns.

I'm still a new JM fan... on day 26 of the 30 day shred and haven't missed a day! Plan to take a small break from her and then do Ripped in 30! Eventually I'll do all her videos!!! :happy: I'll probably wait until I lose more from my mid section before doing the Killer Buns and Thighs because my legs aren't really the big problem right now! Sticking to the all-over workouts first! Which ones of hers have you done?0 -
