Well today I went to a birthday party and was able to pass on the cake, ice cream, and punch. And ya know what?? I survived just fine. It was such a good feeling that I didnt sabotauge my day by eating it. I'm finding that sucess comes in small steps. Just wanted to share my small sucess

I went to a wedding last night and managed to avoid the dessert. I didn't feel like I needed it. Everyone was shocked!!0
