Today is day 11 for me using fitness pal. I have lost 5 pounds already! By recording my calorie intake Its made me more aware of my choices and portions I consume each day. The best thing about counting calorie is the positive results you see. I'm not over weight at all but by me taking off a few unwanted pounds has made me so much more confutable in my clothes. I love this app!

    Anyway, 5 pounds in 11 days, eh? That's roughly 3 pounds per week. The pounds fall off easily when you first start dieting. I'm glad you find calorie-counting useful, and are able to fit more comfortably into your clothes. Stick with MFP, it's a great tool for monitoring your calories.
