Anyone ever do a detox? Not the starve yourself, drink water, lemon, and hot sauce kind...
more herbal detox kind.
Worth it? What brand/type? How long? I've seen some that cost more than $100 per treatment. Others about $25. Some last two weeks, others 30 days.

Eating healthy, unprocessed, "clean" foods (organic if possible) and drinking the correct amounts of water will basically do the same thing in the same amount of time. SBS (another MFP member) says your healthy body does the same thing everyday all by itself. Save your money, eat some oatmeal and an apple and take a healthy poo.   Just my opinion I'm not a doctor and don't play one on TV (although I may have played doctor a time er two.....heheheheh).
