Another Topic About Vegetarian Recipes :)
I've never really ate much meat, and now that I recently turned 18 and living on my own I wanted to see if you had any vegan or vegetarian recipes! I trust MFP more than just searching the internet. Just because something is vegetarian doesn't mean it always has fewer calories.

Hi, I'm vegan and I know just what you mean. So many veg recipes are loaded with oil and nuts.
My favorite low fat vegan cookbook is Appetite for Reduction. Every recipe is healthy and has full nutrition information. I love it. You can find a lot of the recipes here: http://www.theppk.com/recipes/
Another good one is The Happy Herbivore (which I think is on sale for kindle right now for $5). http://happyherbivore.com/recipes/
Another good website is Fat Free Vegan: http://fatfreevegan.com/
Hope this helps!0 -
