I started using the MFP iPhone app about a month ago, but just started using the online features.
I'm a 20-something college student, weighing about 70lbs more than I did this time last year. Several illnesses and a broken ankle caused me to pack on the weight, which is of course coming off slower than I gained it! Fortunately, my ankle has finally healed up enough that I can go hiking almost every day. Hoping to work back up to running soon, but that's dependent on my knee pain. (I have rheumatoid and osteo- arthritis). Calorie counting has worked well for me in the past and MFP helps me track it on the go and at home. Well, I guess that's it for now!
