good running dog?

I run with a 10 year old dobey, (shes as fit as a fiddle) and would run forever! She knows exactly where to run (just to the side and slightly in front of me, i just say 'over' when i want her to go across the road... perfect running buddy! When i run through the woods or do shirt road runs i take the 18 month old jack russell he loves it too..
