Feeling different

Ok..I am not sure how to explain this..I have lost 60 pounds in 5.5 months (calorie counting and cardio..lots of it)..but despite the fact i am still losing weight, I always feels heavy (Like I gained some weight back on, so I hop on the scale and I actually LOST weight )...do you get used to your new body?...and even having dropped from 282 to 220 , the 220 now feels heavy??????????

I think its because you are now in tune with your body so you start feeling differences.

I do know what you mean. I have only eaten about 1700 calories today (my limit is 1520) and I totally feel like I ate to much. I used to eat maybe 4000 calories to make myself feel like this. Its in part being more intune with your body, and in part just more aware of what you eat0
