Ok..I am not sure how to explain this..I have lost 60 pounds in 5.5 months (calorie counting and cardio..lots of it)..but despite the fact i am still losing weight, I always feels heavy (Like I gained some weight back on, so I hop on the scale and I actually LOST weight )...do you get used to your new body?...and even having dropped from 282 to 220 , the 220 now feels heavy??????????

I do to, I tell my husband all the time.. "Im feeling kinda chubby today" then I weight myself and I lost 3lbs And then I cry XD I am not sure if it's normal but we are in the same boat at least!0
