Hi everyone
Just loaded this app onto my phone. Been yoyo dieting for years, so there's no excuse. I know what I should and shouldnt be doing. Guess its motivation and interesting meals that I need. Just joined the office slimming thing. Only a few of us. £1 each week and the one who loses the most gets what's in the kitty. A little bit of motivation there I guess.

I have put a post up regarding what to take to work for lunch as this is my big sticking point. I end up taking the same stuff everyday and get so bored with it that I end up pigging out in the restaurant.

    I have been a yo-yo dieter too, but this time I am not on a diet I am improving my health:happy: I find this site really good and the support I get from my amazing mfp friends is fantastic!!!!
