Hi,
I signed up 1 week ago and I was shocked at how much I ate and it was no wonder why I had put on a few extra Kg's. I have always been an active person training up to 12hrs a week. But ate the wrong food and drank to much alcohol.
I have tried every thing to drop some wt but kept failing. I think that this might be the answer I had been searching for. I will be wieghting in tomorrow morning but I can see that my gut has shrunk and I am getting a better shape back. 80kg to 72kg my idea race wieght, lets see how long it will take.
I am really pumped the triathalon season is 7 weeks away and I want to have red hot crack this year.
