Anyone know why looking after children is not in the fitness database. I'm usually exhausted after a day playing and looking after my two grandchildren.

because it is not exercise, it is activity, what you should do is change your activity level to account for it. if you are set as sedentary change to light active or active to account for the calories.0

but it does depend, what if she only looks after her grandchildren every so often? should you change your activity then or....?0

That is so true. After a day with my granddaughter I am worn out. It really should be in the data base. I guess you could use walking because that is what do alot chasing here from room to room. She loves to play hide and seek. I just love having her for the day but i need a day of rest after she leaves!! LOL0
