Monday Mini Challenge

Good Morning Everyone! As most of you know Charger is on a well deserved vacation and I have offered to help keep the challenges up while he relaxes! So let’s get started and kick this fat out the door!!!
Today's Challenge is: Lunges with Biceps Curls
Lets shoot for 300 total (150 each leg)
This is a full body challenge. It works your core, legs, and arms in one burning motion!
You can do them with any weight you want…hand weights, soup cans, bottles of water, or milk jugs.
You can break them up throughout the day or do them all at once…You have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 200, then do what you can. Remember to push yourself -- This is a challenge, so challenge your body!!! Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.

I'm glad I found this again! I'm going to try it! I saw the Wednesday challenge last week and tried it... didn't make it to 300 until the next day. :P

If I have the energy after I've finished my normal workouts for today, then I'm in! I struggle doing lunges because of my knees, but I'll do my best!0

I did 40 but i also did over 100 squats and 100 push ups so im just wiped!! im going to continue with crunches and my bike!0
