    Went to see the 25th Anniversary production of Les Misérables .... not sure if you'd count that as "exciting" or not. :wink:

    I refereed in the rain on Saturday and had to stop the game for lightning. Also, went shopping on-line with my daughter to have her help me pickout and buy items for my halloween costume.

    OK I guess it wasn't a very exciting weekend was it? Sorry I tried ;)

    It was my nephews 1st b-day party so I made the trip down to Galveston. I made his cake and worked on it during the week after work and then hit the decorating bit on Friday from 7pm until 10 AM the next morning non stop. I was exhausted but it came out great (got banged up a bit on the 3 hour ride) and tasted yummy. He LOVED his smash cake and that made it all worth it.

    It was a fun party! They had a dj and all... fun stuff!!!

    went for a hike with one of my besties and her kids - hadn't been to the park before, we had a BLAST. then we got home and the kids were tired and cranky and i got to go to MY home and leave them behind! HAHAHA!

    Watched the Detroit Lions WIN their 3rd straight game this season...that's pretty exciting given their history!

    Oh, and biked 13.5 miles on Saturday..that was good too!

    Wife and I along with a friend went to local Renaissance Faire- she was dressed as a pirate queen in her new red dress and leather black and red overdress. I was her first mate/consort. Had a great time- saw a bunch of ren friends, interacted with with the actors and- my favorite- interacted with the kids as "Mad Mike" looking for new hardy individuals to join me pirate crew! Arrrrr! :)

    had brunch with two hot *kitten* ladies, had an emotional break down, wallowed in my own misery for a bit, then got my **** together.

    I let my 2 best friends give me a home Brazilian, rode 50 brutal miles on my bike, went to Octoberfest, and packed for vaca!
