I am trying to recommit to healthy eating and exercise at 59 years old. I have about 60 pounds to lose and tend to give up easily. I really want to make this work this time.

    I think you'll find this site useful! Take it slow, be honest in tracking, make small changes...and make sure you connect to at least a few "friends" who can view your diary (I find it helpful when I know someone else can see what I've been doing!):smile:
