I went to my Mom's this weekend and saw several friends on Friday night that I haven't seen since I began my journey on January 10th. They all said how great I looked and how healthy I looked. Then on Friday I saw my brother and the first thing he said was wow, you've lost alot of weight. Then my nephews (both of them) said it too. When I look in the mirror I still see fat but it was a very cool for others to notice such a big difference.

I have about 7-10 more pounds to go which feels like it could take forever. Didn't make good choices last week but I feel inspired today! Watch out 155 I am on my way.

Congratulations! It's great to have others notice the results of all your hard work! Yesterday a friend noticed and commented on my weight loss. It's only the second time that has happened, so it's still very special to me.

congrats thats great.. i have lost 29 pounds and when i look in the mirror i also see no difference.. my husband says im too hard on myself and and dont give myself any credit.. i wish we could change that
