it's all gone a lot wrong early on! I lost 3 pounds last week and put on 5 this weekend, that's what 2 family birthdays do, back on track today though, the scales gave me a jolt in the right direction.

Ugh story of my life! Why are the weekends so disastrous to my diet! Just need to get it done this week now!0

I know! Weekends are soooo rough! It'll come off a little faster though than a normal 5 lbs. You're carrying around a lot of extra sodium which equals a lot of water weight.
I messed up Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I'm a mess on the weekends0
