1 week!

So today marks the end of my first week and I have lost 2 lbs already! This shocks me for a few reasons. 1) I did this a few months ago and really didn't see any progress in about a month's time. 2) I have designated special days such as birthdays & holidays, along with sundays as "off days" where istill track as usual and watch what I consume through the day...until whatever special meal that goes with the day...and then I indulge...but still track. SO the point is, within my first week I have celebrated two birthdays and had a nice Sunday lunch. I've had 3 days that I was over goal anywhere from 100-300 calories! And finally shock reason number 3) my mfp goal is to loose 1.5 lbs a week...and even with my serious discrepencies this week...I've lost half a pound more than I hoped to.
I'm so excited!
