Hi all,
Just joined MFP as lost a lot of weight since my beautiful baby Sophia was born and now that hit a big fat plateau for the last 2 weeks GRR... need some support to keep me going! Starting the 30 day shred this week as apparently has great results... any top tips? Any good diets tips whilst on the shred? anyway would love to hear from anyone else

    I'm almost through week 1 of 30DS. I really love the workout mostly because I CAN do it and because it's so short. I was told to do cardio workouts along with the 30DS as you'll see better results. Good luck and have fun!

    Have you noticed a difference? especially on the scales? Some have said the weight loss is minimal but the difference in body shape is very noticeable...
