So I am pissed with myself. I set a goal to hit 14% BF by Oct 1st... I was WELL on my way to making that goal.

Then I got sidetracked. I started drinking again, often. I started eating out again, often.

Next thing I know, while I didn't gain any weight... I noticed my lifting weights went down... bad sign. So I measured my BF %, and sure enough, I am back to close to 15% BF.

This pisses me off. Because it's entirely my fault. I should have been at my goal 2 weeks ago, but for some reason I hit a bump and stopped caring for a bit.

Here's to re-commitment. Nothing says "Get your fat *kitten* into shape" like having to run the Hell dash in a Mankini... I wanted to be looking a little better than I will be, but by god I am running that MFer anyhow.

You should have to tattoo "Failure!" on your *kitten*!!
  • We all have those slip-ups. I just had mine for 2 weeks, eating bad, not exercising and today I'm recommitting myself. I gotta get this weight off and I have to find my determination and motivation again!

I'm sure you'll find yours. It sounds like you've caught yourself in the bad spiral and you're ready to get back on track! =)

No worries!. We all get sidetracked from time to time. I am sure you'll rock the mankini and the ladies will love it whether you are 15% or 14% BF- they won't know the difference :)
