I know this is an abnormality and I can't expect results anywhere near this every week, but it's great to see a number like that. Especially since I haven't even worked out that hard this week. I was mostly getting my diet in check and making sure I don't eat too late at night.

Plus it was my first real week and sticking to a regimin. The greatest thing about it is that I don't feel like I've deprived myself at all. Great Job...Me!
