WOOT people!!
I know some folks hate hearing about TOM and all that... but TOM is visiting me (hate TOM!!) and I STILL have managed to stay down under 240... think it was 23.4 this morning! I think it helped that I drank a TON of water yesterday... I was definitely over on sodium!
OK - I am about to throw today's challenges out on the status. I hope that helps you guys... I know I have to go to it on my iphone when I don't feel like pulling the laptop out.
Monday had to be a REST for me... work all day plus class night and then we had DRAMA at my house - bleh.
I did all of yesterday though plus 400 crunches.0 -

So I just logged my dinner from yesterday and was excited because I managed to stay under....then I realized I forgot the bacon and cheese I put on my burger UGH. Sorry guys guess I went over. I completed HALF of Pygmy Day 2. I planned to finish when I got home but my stomach was doing this whole tumblying thing, I have never felt it before but it felt like a little gremmlin was doing flips in my stomach so I just felt weird about jumping around and doing abs if that's what my stomach was doing while sitting still. I'll try and catch up some today.0
-
Will post when I return from the gym. Sorry that I've been missing in action. I just needed to get my head on straight.0

And guess what I WANTED to do when I got home.... nothing!! I wanted to sleep. SO PROUD I GOT UP AND MOVED INSTEAD!
Have a great day team!!0 -

Hey, Sorry it's so late I couldn't get to a computer all weekend until now I didn't not finish strong but at least I got a decent loss Final weight 139, pygmy 2-4 complete didn't do all of 1 and 5 so sorry about that. Hope you all have a great week!0

Final weigh in 127... Super happy with that. Although I did not post, I did 5 out of 6 days of Bushman challange.
LIfe is so busy, that sometimes that gets in the way of good intentions... So, did not finish strong, but still on target. I feel much more toned and cannot believe the difference in the way my clothes are fitting.
Thanks to Jules for doing such a fantastic job as our leader! And to everyone in the group!!! We are all winners!!!!!!!0
