I just recently ran a 15K and I am thinking about signing up for a half marathon. Any one have any suggestions or ideas on a training schedule?

Look up Hal Higdon. He has some training schedules for half marathons. I'm using his training schedule for my 10K run that's coming up it's worked well for me.0

If you have an iPhone or iPod touch runners world has an awesome free app that sets up a whole training schedule for you. It is called smart coach. I use it for my marathon training.0

Yes, Hal Higdon and SmartCoach. Used both of them for training for a half. Worked great! Good luck to you!!0

I used hal higdon and have recommended it to everyone. I will be using his guide for a full marathon as well in spring! (and don't feel guilty switching days around if you need to. just get those long runs in!)0
