Anyone have any tips on how to tone up your pudge for women that have had c sections?
Mine was 4 years ago but still can't kick the bellly below my belly button... Help please.....

    I'm doing 30 day shred right now...will see how that works. I've had 2 c-sections and a hysterectomy via c-section

    Sorry that's not what you want to hear...but its nearly impossible in most situations to get rid of that. Especially if you've been overweight a long time, had multiple pregnancies and the older you are, the harder it becomes.

    I'm small framed not over weight just can't lose it. I've started working out 5 days a week and hoping that will help. Oh i wish for a tummy tuck ....

    If it's loose skin it probably won't ever go away unless you have surgery. Losing body fat and toning up can reduce the fat and build muscle but unfortunately the skin is something that either bounces back or doesn't and there's nothing you can do about it.

    Since you can spot reduce fat you just have to reduce overall body fat and eventually it will come off your middle.
  • Add Pilates into your exercise routine. Developing the 'band' of core muscles will firm up the lower abdomen as well as giving you essential spinal support.
