Okay - so where's the manual on how to react to loads more attention from blokes - I mean from zero when I was a heifer to daily looks and random chats with strangers.
It's really caught me off guard and I'm acting like a shy 12 year old when it happens - Or I miss it completely and am informed afterwards, "did you realise...... that guy was so checking you out...... I'd watch out for him"!
I am very fortunate - I have a lovely boyfriend and we've been together for more than 5 years and we are as much in love now as when we first got together. Soul mates. So I don't want him to get worried if he sees this new attention stuff.
Any tips on how to handle this? please.......

I would say enjoy it and use it as motivation to keep it up- that is what I do! There is no harm in enjoying attention as long as you don't look for it, expect it, or act upon it. Hell, it feels great! What a confidence boost go you!0

Take the compliments with a smile. You deserve them! And if they try to push farther, just say thanks but I have a boyfriend I love very much.
If your boyfriend is with you when you get compliments, take them with a smile, say thanks, and hang on your boyfriend's arm and look adoringly into his eyes.
He'll get that, and he'll be proud to be the one man in the room with the beautiful woman on his arm. He'll be happy thinking that everyone has a reason to be jealous of him.
Remember that you're doing this for you. And congratulations!0 -
I try to enjoy it. I think alot of it is confidence, only a small part of it is appearance!0

Don't make eye contact and be on your way. Extra caution, men are pigs. Don't think for second that they are being nice for any other reason but to try to get somewhere. Yeah, you may not believe what I am say but give it enough time and you will see.0

Nice 'problem' to have, enjoy.0

Practice smiling, and when appropriate, 'thank you". More of a response might encourage unwanted advances.0

If your relationship is as great as it sounds and you continue to focus your attentions and energies on each other and make sure its not making either of you insecure you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Its a compliment to both him 'for having a hot bird' and you for 'being the hot bird' it may take some getting used to but you'll be fine anyone who takes it too far you'll soon learn to put in their place!0

Thanks to all your replies - I will practise being gracious, enjoying it(!) and reassuring my bloke if he ever does get worried.
I guess I was just uncertain what to do but I can definitely handle smiling, saying thanks and if they go too far mention my lovely man to gently but clearly get the message across.
I feel much happier now :-)0
