 Hello I am just wondering if anyone on here has had twins and can offer and tips for weight loss? I seem to be loosing inches but not weight :( I work out between 5 to 6 days a week. I do turbo jam, Jillian M workouts, walk with a double stroller for an hour or more. I watch what i eat but that darn scale is not moving. I am not going to give up but i have never been so fustrated in my life. Any tips any one can offer i would be greatful thanks

I don't think losing will be much different than anything else. You have to figure out what works for you. Maybe you aren't eating the right things, or your cals are off. If you think those are right, maybe you need to get some blood tests done to make sure there's nothing wrong with your system.

When did you have your twins? My girls are almost 4. I didn't gain much while pregnant, and lost it all initially. I slowly gained about 20 pounds after I had them. My body was different and the foods that I used to be able to eat suddenly had a different affect on me. I've lost those now. I started here when they were about 2 and I just now got to my goal weight. To be honest, I still eat kinda crappy, just better and better portion sizes. I do need to work out for sure, when I didn't really do much to maintain my weight before my kids. Having kids just shook my body and it's all different now.

You can do this...just keep pluggin away. If you are concerned, check with your doc and they can at least rule out any other issues so you can focus on diet and exercise.

My twins just turned 4, but WATER Water, Water is the thing that turned things around. You are sooo busy with them that you forget about you!
