hiya been here 2 weeks still trying to work things out i have this on my home page


Goal Food Exercise = Net
1450 594 - 658 -64


can anyone help explain it to me have i gone over by 61 i am all mixed up thank you if you can

    this tells me you should eat 1450 calories. You actually only ate 594 calories and you burned 658 calories giving you a negative net intake. You need to eat at least 1450 calories and then eat some if not all your excercise calories (you'll hear others say don't bother, but it works for me). MFP has already subtracted the number of calories you need to cut in order to lose weight and gave you a final count of 1450. That's what your body needs to just do what it needs to do to be alive. Make sense?
