does anyone know how to calculate how many calories would be in homemade granola? I cant grasp how to figure this out!!

    "Recipe nutrition facts" calculator under TOOLS lets you put in ingredients and serving size, and it will give you the calorie count for one serving.

    This. It's very easy and after that, you always have access to it.

    Enter it under recipes. The database will provide the ingredients, and the calories. Weigh the total batch, then weigh each serving. That way you can weigh out your portion and know your calories are accurate.
