I've got a few workout dvds, but I'm not sure how to log them once I've completed the workout. The one that I do the most is The Biggest Loser The Worthout 2. This is what I've done today...I'll be changing it up, of course, but I just don't know how to log it in...
Warm up 5 mins.
Functional Flexibility 10 mins
Power Sculpt for Women 10 mins
Cool down 5 mins
I am pouring sweat by the middle of the Power Sculpt, but I keep right one goin! I figure, even if I'm not doing the movement perfect, at least my body is still moving and that's okay too...I've GOT to work back up to where I can do this entire dvd without getting winded....
So, any clue as to how I log this in?
Thanks!

Ok chicky, I looked it up on line and they are saying around 250 calories burned from our DVD. That is from someone that is smaller than we are, so they burn less calories. We need to get us a HRM to use. and see what we burn.:noway:0
