New to site, old at trying to lose weight!

Was introduced to this site by a Personal Trainer that I have just begun to train with. I have about 75lbs to lose this time around and at 41yrs am looking to feel better and become the healthy person I've always dreamed of being.

Looking for more from this site than just a food/exercise journal, hoping to find others who are willing to support and be supported.

I have a short term goal of participating in a 5k, which was my goal when I turned 40 but was unable to due to various health related problems. All is better now so I'm going to pick up where I left off.

Looking forward to getting started here.
