What kind of music do you like? If you like pop, I could be persuaded to send you some songs... I can only workout if I have a driving beat... think Britney Spears. Totally understand if the mere thought of pop music makes you wanna gag though!

    Hi!

I am a huge music fan, and currently teaching myself to DJ. Below are a list of songs that I like to work out to. They've got a great beat and are happy!

    Bob Sinclair - Love Generation
    Bob Sinclair - Together
    Chemical Brothers - Galvanize
    Counting Crows - Rain King
Daft Punk - One More time
DB Boulevard - Point of View
    DB Boulevard - Believe
Tom Cocrane - Life is a Highway
    Van Halen - Right Now
Kevin Rudolf - Let It Rock
The Pointer Sisters - I'm So Excited
Tavares - Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel

    Good Luck!

My friends and I laugh because we listen to really hardcore stuff when we workout but are totally pop junkies when we're just hanging out. I like to work out to "angry" music... mostly kidrock, seether, nine inch nails, etc. to get my body moving. or rap music that talks about sexy club girls so I can be on the treadmill thinking "i can be a sexy club girl if I make it through 5 more minutes" lol it makes the workout fun:tongue:

right now I"ve been rocking out to Superchick's new CD Rock What You Got. It's got positive lyrics (one really great song about how everyone is beautiful) & a great beat that I just can't sit still through.
