How long was it after anyone joined my fitness pal and stuck to the calorie intake did anyone started losing weight?

I did CC long before joining MFP and lost quite a lot.
It's all about determination...0 -
The first time, a week.
This time (that cursed 16 lbs I regained) - six MONTHS.0 -
It took me 8 weeks before I lost a pound (although I was losing inches); and only after I added about 300 calories more than MFP recommended.0

I started loosing weight the week I started. I also made some "rules" for myself. Only drink alcohol on the weekends, no eating past 9pm, go to the gym at least 4 times a week for an hour, and if I have to eat out - when I order my meal, ask for a to-go box so that when I get my meal I can put half away and save it for tomorrow's lunch or something. That way I don't over eat when I go out0

I noticed a change during the second week. It took me about a week to really get the hang of the site but once I did it just started flying off.0

It depends on how much you have to lose. I was around 250lbs when i started, and lost 3lbs the first week. If you only have a small amount to lose, it'll take a while.0
