Measuring pasta

can someone please give me an accurate calorie count on 1 cup of cooked whole wheat pasta. I cannot tell how much I take when it is dry, so I'm looking for cooked details. Thanks

    It would probably be more accurate if you weighed it instead of going by a cup.
